Pong PAD THAI

Pad Thai, created as a national symbol of Thailand in the 1940s, is one of the most well-known Thai cuisines in the world. The recipe used originates from the Thai Royal Household. It starts with soaking rice noodles until they're pliable. Then, stir-fry them with tofu, shrimp, or chicken in a wok over high heat. Add beaten eggs, followed by sauce made from tamarind paste, fish sauce, and palm sugar. Toss in fresh bean sprouts, garlic chives, and crushed peanuts. Finish with a squeeze of lime and a sprinkle of dried chili flakes for that quintessential Thai heat. Serve hot and enjoy the symphony of flavors!
